Connected sensors, smart locks and alarm panels spend most of their life drawing almost nothing, then need a burst of current to drive a motor or a radio. A cell that looks fine on paper can brown out at exactly that moment, so the useful starting point is your device's standby and peak current — not a capacity number.
Replacement interval matters just as much. If a lock is behind a door in a rental property, a rechargeable cell that lasts three years beats a primary cell that lasts eighteen months, even at a higher unit price. Tell us the duty cycle and we will work the comparison with you.
For anything safety-related, the finished device still has to be validated by whoever builds it. We supply the cell and its specification; low-voltage warning behaviour and replacement procedure belong to your product.

- Confirm operating and storage temperature
- Check the low-battery warning in the finished device
- Ask for the transport documents if the model ships by air
