What is your MOQ?
It depends on the model and how much customisation you need. Stock models in standard packaging start low; a private-label program with its own artwork and carton has a higher minimum. Send the model and pack format and we will quote the exact figure.
How long does an order take?
Thirty days is our average lead time. Custom packaging and artwork approval add time at the front, so the earlier you confirm the design, the sooner production starts.
What trade and payment terms do you work on?
FOB, EXW and FCA, with Shenzhen as the nearest port. Payment by T/T, quoted in USD, HKD or CNY.
Can I get samples before mass production?
Yes, and you should. Use the sample stage to confirm performance in your device, check the artwork proof and review the document set before the pilot run.
Can you put our brand on the product?
Yes. We run OEM, ODM and buyer-label programs: your logo, labels, manuals, retail packaging and carton marks, within the MOQ and lead time for the model you pick.
Which certificates come with the products?
Coverage depends on the exact model, chemistry and destination market, so we issue the applicable document set with your quotation rather than a blanket claim. For lithium models, tell us how the goods ship and we prepare the transport documents for that configuration.
